Rep. Francis Waive (APC-Delta) has declared interest in the race for Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives in the 10th National Assembly, billed to be inaugurated in June.
The legislator made this statement in a notice to the members-elect of the 10th House of Representatives, a copy of which the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja was able to get on Thursday.
Along with having an unquestionable aptitude for competence and delivery, he stated that his aim will be guided by equity and fairness.

Waive promised to be approachable, to assist newcomers in swiftly gaining their bearings, and to carry everyone forward while in office.
“Those in the current 9th Assembly who know me personally characterize me as a calm, collected lawmaker. My lineage has always been one of humanitarian assistance.
The congressman replied, “I am available to connect with you personally and informally at your convenience as our induction and inauguration ceremonies approach.
