The Nigerian Police Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Abuja, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi has taken to social media to condemn the decision of his colleagues to release some bullets into the air as a means of boosting the pride of Nigerian singer, Dauda Kahutu in Kano State. He expressed such condemnation on Twitter.
The police officer who spoke about such issue through his official Twitter account, uploaded a video showing the moment two police escorts attached to Kano based musician, Dauda Kahutu were shooting pistol and assault rifles into the air, in the midst of his fans and children.

Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi went ahead to state that the Nigerian police force has condemned such unprofessional act and indiscipline displayed by the policemen in such video, adding that they have been identified and arrested.
Speaking further, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi announced that the policemen will be brought to the force headquarters for interview and they will be disciplined later on, adding that such act cannot be condoned in any way.
The police officer finally thanked the well meaning Nigerians that expressed concern and forwarded the video to them, adding that they will continue to adopt and embrace innovations that can propel productive turnarounds in the Police Force.
