I Am an Importer of Quality Goods, Not a Seller of Second-Hand Clothing, as Depicted in the Viral Video - Sylvester Madu

Popular Nollywood actor Sylvester Madu has denounced claims that he Sells second-hand clothes, AKA Okrika, to make a living. Recall that a few days ago, the actor was captured on video in a market selling some goods alleged to be Okrika.

However, during an interview with the Vanguard Newspaper, Madu disclosed that he is an importer of new goods from overseas and doesn’t indulge in the sale of Okrika.

In his words, he said, “I don’t sell okrika, but I’m an importer of goods. I import cars and other goods from America.” I do sell these goods myself at the market, or I give them to my boys to sell them for me. This is my side hustle, and I’m still active in the movie industry”.

The actor also showed a video of some of his boys selling his goods for him, clearly stating that the goods weren’t okrika.
